The Home Of Champions
Grange OSB is the home to many local fighters. It is the quiet breeding ground for some of Australia's toughest champions. This includes the current IBF Middleweight Champion Daniel Geale, Jamie Pittman, Steve Lovett.... The list goes on.
The gym is open to the public all days. Fitness classes are run daily by our qualified trainer Anthony Redward . The Grange OSB amateur boxing club is looked after by Anthony, Daniel Geale and Zeb King. Training is most weeknights with sparring every Tuesday. We also offer Personal Training services.
Class times:
Kids/Beginners Class - Wed/Fri - 4pm to 5 pm
Amateur Club - Mon/Wed/Fri - 530pm - 7pm
Boxing Class - Tues/Thurs - 630pm - 730pm and Sat 8am-9am
Sparring - Tues 5pm
